Letter From Membership Vice President

Dear Potential New Members,

It was almost two years ago that I was in your very position. I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and even confused. However, when I walked into the Alpha Xi Delta I felt butterflies.  On that day, I could have never imagined the impact that these women would have on me. However, I can confidently say I am a better woman because of Alpha Xi Delta. While I cannot tell you there’s something I have in common with every girl in my chapter. In fact, in many ways, we are not similar at all. But I am wonderfully and intrinsically drawn to them. They are the women I dream of telling my kids about, the ones I run to on good and bad days, and the people who have truly made Wisconsin home. My dream as Membership Vice President is that each and every potential new member finds what I have found, whether in Alpha Xi Delta or not. My greatest advice is to take it all in and don’t let your anxiety get in the way of how impactful recruitment can be. The women of Alpha Xi Delta cannot wait to meet you all!
